Rent Margarita Machines

you provide the alcohol of your choice, we provide everything else.

1. Book Rental: You choose a bundle with the frozen flavor of your choice and tell us the time of your event

2. Communication: We will reach out by text in the next 1-2 business days to coordinate a drop off time, liquor recommendations and any other particulars for your event

3. Delivery: We deliver at least 1-2 hours before your event, often the morning of

4. Set-up: We wheel the cart and machine into place where you want it for your event, combine our flavor mix with the alcohol you’ve purchased, pour into the machine, and verify everything is set up properly for your party

5. Pick-up: We either pick up late that night or the following morning based on coordinating with you

Each machine holds 5gallons at a time, which is ~80 drinks (8oz).

When you rent one of our bundles, we include that initial first 5gallons of mix during set up. We also leave extra mixes for each party just in case you want more drinks. It’s $20 per extra mix (40 additional drinks) but we only charge you if its used.

Recommendations

For under 50 people = 1 Margarita Machine bundle will include the first 80 drinks (8oz), and this should be more than enough in most cases. However we will leave you with at least 2.5gallons of extra mix (40 additional drinks) to keep the party going if you need it.

For parties with 50-100 people, it can depend on how long the party is. Often 1 machine with 2-3 extra mixes ($20/each, +40drinks/each) works great as the machine will continuously freeze each additional mix poured in as you go. However if its a condensed 1-2hr event with a lot of drinkers we recommend renting two margarita machines to keep the drinks flowing!

Above 100 people and we recommend 2 machines to make sure that you never run out of great frozen cocktails for your guests!

Indoors, it will take under 40 min

Outdoors, it can depend heavily on temperature. We recommend setting up 1.5hrs in advance and in a cool shaded area for best results. If the outside temperature is over 95 degrees we recommend setting the machine up inside to guarantee well frozen margaritas.

We don’t provide the alcohol (no liquor license) but you can get it delivered anywhere in Austin from Drizly or TotalWine

We recommend 2 handles of 1.75L to start, which supplies ~80 drinks. Each additional mix takes 1 more handle of 1.75L tequila.
